       AerPro SB-Series Dust/Smoke collectors provide current technology ina compact and inexpensive solution to in-plant dust smoke problems.The time proven manually shaker bay filter design takes minimalfloor space while giving great performance at an economical price.Unlike most other shaker bag systems, the envelope filters arefactory caulked and sealed, plus the internal filter support isdouble which allows the filter bags to use all of its availablemedia. These filter features give better filter cake build-up andcake release during shaking cycle. The bag rack module system allowsfor easy filter replacement. Each unit has a specially designedinlet plenum which directs the air with chips, dust, and othercontaminants down and into the dust tray before turning upward andthrough the filter bags with the clean air discharged through asound attenuation plenum. The blower/motor are on the clean air sidefor long life and ease of service. The AerPro SB-Series comes in twoModels DM-500 and DM-1500
